105th Annual Great American Hill Climb

The Great American hill climb is part of both the Rockwell and Western States Pro Hill Climb Series. The 2-day event begins at 1:00 PM on Friday and Saturday afternoon and the fun, thrills, and motorized excitement goes to 11:00 PM with races under the lights on both days. Saturday begins in the afternoon with bigger bikes and goes into the evening with showdown action and the championship racing finale for the crown under the lights.

The Great American Professional Hill Climb is one of the nation’s largest hill climbs and remains the oldest and longest-running motorcycle event. Join us to watch professional hill climb athletes power their bikes up the hill. The Great American Hill is unmatched in terrain and design and is not easy for even the best of the best professional riders. The riders and spectators come from around the nation and the world come to see and/or compete at The Great American Hill Climb. This event has a large Champion purse and provides top riders the rights to one of the most prestigious hill climbing championships.

  • Online registration for the Pro Hill Climb series
  • Pits Open at 10AM, Thursday, July 27th
  • No Dogs, Pets, Fires, Firearms or Fireworks
  • No Pit Bikes, or Pit Riding in other vehicles
  • No Riding through Spectator Pathways or other non-competition area on any motorized bikes or ATV/UTV/Side-By-Sides etc.
  • All competitors must camp in the Competitor Pit Area (Pro and Trophy competitors)

Spectator Fee

Pay at the event gate. $15 Adult One Day or $25 for Both Days. Kids 10 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Parking, Camping, Food, Beverage and Spectators

  • Full Concessions are available (Food Varieties & Adult Beverages)
  • Bring your full tailgating set-ups, chairs, shade, etc.
  • Tune in Your FM Radio to 88.5 FM for announcements
  • Spectators can set up their RV/Trailer/Tent starting at 3PM on Thursday July 27th.
  • RV/Trailer Spot is $25 for a single day or $40 for the weekend. Tent Spot is $20 for the weekend
  • Gas and market items at Casey’s Corner Gas station, 1.5 miles away
  • Plenty of parking, and concessions and libations are available and family picnics are encouraged. Bring your lawn chairs, tailgate set-ups and other outdoor supplies for a wonderful day of riding and watching.
