The private Billings Motorcycle Club (BMC) turned 100 years old in 2014, and is Charter Member #15 in the American Motorcycle Association (AMA). The BMC has been dedicated to the preservation of off-road motorcycle riding, public competitions on its 8 tracks and hill climbs, and community entertainment since 1914. In that time, the BMC has packed its outdoor Billings Montana event grounds with motorsports enthusiasts from all over Montana, the entire USA and several countries from around the world.
The BMC grounds annually host public motorsports events that include Supercross, Motocross, Verticross, Hill Climbs, Flat Track, Cross Country, Endurocross, Sand Drags, Special Exhibitions and other public events. It is considered the Motorcycle Hill Climbing Capital of the World®. The Billings Montana community, the greater region, our Nation, and the world, continue to enjoy the BMC as a competitor or spectator.
The BMC actions and events span long-time off-road riding privileges protection and motorsports traditions, as well as the constant addition of new, changing and exciting racing and exhibitions as the times, riders, fans and high tech equipment evolves. The Club grounds contain nighttime lighting systems that extend the show times of events into the cooler evening hours. Look for events that are “Under the Lights.”
The BMC is an activist organization of National off-road motorcycle riding privileges. If you have made tracks off-road in the Billings Montana area, BMC Grounds or riding areas near Billings, including the South Hills, Pryor Mountain Range, Elk Basin, Ah Ni and other BLM Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) ride areas, then you have experienced what the BMC is a partner of, wants to preserve and continues to support. Since 1914, BMC has dedicated a substantial part of its mission to local and National riding preservation.
